Disclaimer: Roller skiing is dangerous. Make sure that you choose your roads with care - they should have new pavement, little traffic and no dangerous intersections. Always wear a helmet! Gloves, knee and elbow pads are also recommended. Beginners should start in a flat parking lot. Practice with the brake before you really need it! Sharpen your pole tips so they don't slip. Wear a safety vest so drivers will see you!
